Is it free to join OiAir?
Yes. Searching for activities and publishing your organization and classes is free, with no registration or monthly fee. Each organization sets its own class prices.
My organization is already on the map. What changes?
A basic listing may come from public information and does not mean the organization confirmed it. A representative can verify their connection, correct the listing, and add classes, schedules, and prices. Details provided by the organization appear after approval.
How do I join through WhatsApp?
Hermes shows the topics and you reply by voice or text, all at once or in parts. You can describe your classes in about a minute. If anything is missing, Hermes asks and presents the listing for your review and approval.
What information do I need to provide?
The organization’s name and contact details, location or class format, activities, groups and age ranges, languages, days, times, duration, prices, and trial class details if available. We publish class details only after review and approval by a verified representative.
Do I need a website or a long form?
No. You provide the details through WhatsApp. After publication, you receive a permanent link to your organization that you can share wherever families find you.
Does a class inquiry reserve a place?
No. The organization receives the inquiry and confirms availability or offers another option. Sending the form does not reserve a place or complete enrollment.
Can families who do not speak Portuguese use the service?
