Privacy

This is the OiAir catalog with public information about organizations in Florianópolis. Missing prices, ages, and schedules must be confirmed with the organization.

Search and preferences

The catalog receives your city, category, age, preferred time, and map area to find options. Do not put names, phone numbers, or other personal details in the search field. Age, city, and language may remain in this browser; the search phrase stays only for the session. There is no user account.

Where data comes from

Names, addresses, phone numbers, and ratings come from public sources recorded in HQ. Google ratings identify the source name, link, and verification date. We do not copy review text. A listing does not imply partnership or confirmation by the organization.

Map

Your browser loads MapLibre and OpenFreeMap maps. Those services receive the connection needed to display the map. Pins use published venue coordinates; organizations without coordinates remain in the list.

Contact

You can prepare a question and open WhatsApp with the phone number supplied by the organization. Check the recipient before sending: the number may not have a WhatsApp account. OiAir does not send the message for you or reserve a place.

Voice and language

The microphone requires your action and browser permission. Speech recognition may use an external browser service. OiAir does not save audio. To prepare the Portuguese message, your inquiry text is sent to Cloudflare's translation service. You can review the original and translated text before opening WhatsApp. If the service fails, the form marks words left untranslated.

Infrastructure

The site and catalog use Hostinger and Cloudflare. The infrastructure processes connections and operational logs to deliver and diagnose the service. When you submit a request, the catalog sends form details to the selected organization; submission does not book a place or take payment.

Marketplace analytics

We count when an organization card becomes visible on the home page or in the catalog, when it is opened, and which form steps are reached. Visibility is recorded after a brief on-screen display. A random session ID expires after 30 minutes; the server stores only its hash. An accepted request may be linked to that hash to measure completion. Names, phone numbers, search queries, and child details are not sent in analytics events. Events and contact-free statistical receipts are kept for up to 13 months.

Preferences on this device

You can turn off analytics in this browser without affecting the catalog. This stops new events; clearing local data does not remove events already received by the server.

Personal data requests
